Shipping policy

All orders received M-F between 8AM-5PM PST will ship the following business day. In rare cases there will be a banner at the top of the page if shipping will be delayed due to store closure or limited shipping schedule. Orders outside M-F 8AM-5PM PST will ship the business day after the order was placed. There is no same day shipping available.

2 day and 3 day UPS options are available but the day they go out will follow the above schedule. If you order on Monday between 8am and 5pm the order will go out Tuesday. If you order Monday after 5PM, the order will go out Wednesday. 

Multiple orders to same address will be combined for fastest fulfillment. No refunds will be granted for this efficiency gain.

Shockseals.com uses USPS and UPS shipping services for all domestic shipments. Domestic standard shipping is a flat $9.75 for orders summing up to $174.99 and $15.35 for orders over $175 to $499.99. All  domestic orders placed via the webstore over $500 ship free, excluding oil. Free shipping is shipped via carrier of our discretion. If you prefer UPS, the option is there and its calculated by UPS in the store. 

Purchase orders and email orders do not get free shipping regardless of total nor do any orders that require a correction/update after placed. 

International orders ship UPS and are charged the UPS fee's/options calculated at checkout. Pay attention to the UPS option you choose as some add the duty/brokerage into the label fee and some collect  duty/brokerage fees from you at delivery. 

Shipping estimates for international are not available other than going thru checkout to shipping to see the options/prices available from UPS. 

If your package is returned to sender for incorrect address input at checkout you will be invoiced for a new label or refunded for the order minus shipping and the restocking fee.
